Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

Rent due three weeks in advance of occupancy. 11% Florida tax applies to all rentals. $100 mandatory cleaning fee upon departure. All rentals are subject to condominium rules and restrictions. $500 security deposit to hold your reservation and to cover any damages.

Cancellation Policy: $500 security deposit required in order to book your reservation. In the event of cancellation post-booking, this deposit will be forfeited unless a replacement tenant for the same period and on the same terms can be found. In the event of cancellation after rent has been paid, the rent paid will be forfeited, less any rent collected from a replacement renter for the same period.
