Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. UK £ and Euros also accepted. 25% deposit due on booking with full payment required 30 days prior to arrival date. There is a 20% supplement for bookings over Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Rules: No pets allowed. Condominium regulations. Parking permitted in designated areas.
