Full Payment Must Be received 30 Days in advance, if time allows. Sales Tax Applies at 10.5%.

Cancellation Policy: For nightly and weekly rentals, a 7-day cancellation notice is required to refund the deposit minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or for early departures. For monthly rentals (or longer) a 60-day notice of cancellation is required to refund the deposit minus a 10% processing fee.

Rules: All rentals require a 25% deposit (excluding Florida taxes) at the time of booking. The balance including all taxes is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rentals for a period of less than 6 months are subject to Florida taxes of 10.5%. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed with deposit. Parking is provided for one vehicle per guest unit. Trailers of any kind and guests of guests are not allowed to park anywhere on the premises due to limited parking availability.
