Notes to the rental rates.
As is normal with self catering you will be expected to pay a £100 (or $200) damage deposit prior to arrival – This is refundable two weeks AFTER the departure date from the accommodation.
In the event of any stains on carpets, furniture and any other damage, we retain the right to deduct such costs from this amount.

Minimum 25% of rental fees is required upon booking. Damage deposit, taxes and remainder of rental fees due 6 weeks prior to arrival
25% of rental fees received are refundable if holiday is cancelled up to 8 weeks pior to arrival. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations notified to us within 8 weeks of arrival date.
For additional cost, we can provide a starter kit with items such as coffee and milk, bread/bagels, Florida orange juice and packs of dishwasher and laundry detergents. Prices on application
