Payment Policy: RATES incl. 2 Adults, 2 kids til 12 years. Every other person add $ 100.-- per week. Reservation Deposit 30 %.-- from the Rental Balance for short term rentals and 10 % for monthly rentals is payable on the Credit Card. Reservation Deposit + signed copy of this agreement is required to hold your Rental Property. Remainder can be paid with Credit Card , check or wire transfer

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations need to be made in writing. No refund from the Reservation Deposit if contract is canceled within 60 days prior your arrival. Half of the Reservation Deposit is refundable before 61 days of your arrival.Remaining Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date no refund within 30 days of arrival.
