PS3 available. Private dock, and boat available for rental(max 10 people) (SEPARATE RENTAL at only $600/week!), with or without a captain. If interested in the boat, please specify the purpose, your level of expertise, and for how many days. Here are the tarrifs for the boat: 7 days rental $600 per week;

Tax: 6%. Orientation fee : $150 (payable to the Captain)

Refundable security Deposit: $1,000 (payable to the captain).

Cancellation Policy: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter: Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 20% of rental amount is forfeited. Cancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is forfeited In addition, a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $50.00 is charged on each reservation.

Rules: No pets. No smoking, except on the lanai. No boats/trailers parked in front of the house. We will send you a comprehensive contract, showing all rules.
