Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation charge of 50% of the Reservation Deposit will be assessed if reservations are canceled between 90 days and 31 days prior to scheduled arrival unless lessor can replace reservation. If reservations are canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the Rental Monies will be assessed unless lessor can replace the reservation. All other cancellations will be a $50.00 fee.

Rules: The lessee shall indemnify owner for any damage to the unit, grounds, furnishings and household items, therein, caused by lessee or lessees invited guests during the lessee’s period of occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Lessee understands that any damages which are discovered to exist, or which occur during the lessee’s occupancy should be reported at the earliest possible time to Sue Freeman.
