Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Personal checks and money orders only. Security deposit due at time of reservation.Security deposit will be returned shortly after the leave assuming there is no accessive wear. Rental fee due 30 days prior to arrival date.

 
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation payments will be forfeitet unless the house can be rented again.
