	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. A $500 per week advance payment by credit card will hold a weekly reservation. The payment balance is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Final payment may be by credit card, check, or money order. 11% Florida state and hotel tax is applicable.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation allowed up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival with full advance payment refund. No refunds are given for cancellation within 60 days of scheduled arrival or after final payment is made unless home is re-booked for that period. We suggest our available travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or weather related issues.
	Rules: Smoking & pets are not permitted.
	Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 10:00 AM Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

You will be walking into a perfectly prepared home, and the owners will be the last to inspect prior to your arrival. There is no cleaning fee. Requested maid service during the week is at additional charge.
