	Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. $500 deposit at time of reservation. Add 11% Florida tax. The maximum occupancy is eight people and two cars for Captiva Retreat. Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed.
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refunded if cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival; otherwise we will return deposit only if we can re-rent the hoouse.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

MAID SERVICE :

Cleaning is done upon tenant changeover at no charge to the tenants. Our cleaning, inspection and 24/7 on-call maintanance is provided by a nationally-respected property amanagment company.
