Payment Policy:
Holiday Rates: $1900/week and up. $290/nightly (3 night minimum).
High & Low season rates exclude Holiday weeks/weekends
11% Florida Resort Sales Tax. $100 cleaning fee
1/2 payment and security deposit due upon signing lease agreement. 1/2 (in full) due 45 days prior to occupancy.

100% Refund on deposits if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
