	Payment Policy: All funds in US Dollars. A $300 advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. All rates plus $80 one-time cleaning fee and 11% Florida State and County tax. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.
	Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Rules: No smoking. No pets.
	Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM Time Zone: Eastern
