	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Upon receiving the $500/ $1000 security deposit, Sandi will mail out the contract for your signature. The signed contract must be received by Sandi Trudeau in ten business days to hold the rental property.
	Cancellation Policy: 4 + Weeks - 100% return of deposit & rental. 3-4 Weeks - 50% of deposit & rental retained. 2 Weeks - 75% of deposit & rental retained. 1 Week - 100% of deposit & rental retained. $ 500 / $1000 security deposit.
	Rules: We request that no loud noises be made outside after 10:30 pm
	Check In Time: 1:00 pm Check Out Time: 9:00 am Time Zone: Central
