Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar.

A deposit of $300 is due within 1 business day from the day of booking.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment

Damage deposit: Parties of 5-6 will be require a credit card on file for any potential damages.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be provided in writing 30 days prior to the arrival date. A $150 fee will be charged for any cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date and 50% of the total bill is charged if the cancellation is less than 15 days prior to arrival date.

Rules: No Pets and No Smoking. Grills are not allowed by the Fire Department on any balcony.
