	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Add 11% Florida tax for all stays for less than 7 months. A $300 deposit is due when reservation is completed.
	Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable when the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
	Rules: A $ 75 administration fee will be deducted from refund.
