POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: To reserve time a deposit of one half of the total rent is required. We accept personal checks or money orders but do NOT accept credit cards. There is a cleaning fee of $75 and a security deposit of $300 which is refunded if no excessive cleaning, laundry or damage has occurred. Florida tax is 11.5 is also charged. For rentals of 4 weeks or more we offer a 11.5% discount which offsets the Florida tax.
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit refund if made 45 days prior to arrival minus a $50 service charge. Thereafter, any portion that is re-rented will be refunded. Hurricane Policy - Days lost due to a mandated evacuation will be refunded in full or the party may have the number of days that were lost due to mandated evacuation held in credit for another visit.
	Rules: The Resort has a Security Guard who must be advised of any visitors entering. Driving speed is 10 mph. Age limit for the hot tub is 18 years old. Walk and ride bikes with lit flashlight after dark. Only 1 car at house additional vehicles must be in overflow lot with charge of $2 per night. Boat trailer must also be stored in overflow lot.
	Check In Time: 2pm Check Out Time: 10am Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

$75 cleaning fee standard. $500 security deposit. Florida Tax of 11.5% Resort has a $50 fee when the party registers - it is for the entire length of stay and covers all the members of the family/party! Security deposit returned if no damage or excessive cleaning or laundry is required.
