Shangri-La, Luxury 3 Bed 2 Bath villa

Deposit of $100 per week required on booking or 100% if booking is within 8 weeks of arrival. Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of $300 is required with the final payment and will be returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the villa before & after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, DVD's etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, and garbage not disposed in the proper recepticles. You will be charged for damage done to the villa beyond normal wear & tear. You will be charged for violation to the house rules. Personal checks & money orders are accepted forms of payment. Credit card bookings can be made but incur a 4% charge.
