Payment Policy: Prices in dollars are for the property per week regardless of the number of people staying.

Rates include 12% Florida tax.

There is a small daily charge of $10 per day per household for the use of all the clubs amenities which is payable at reception when booking in.

There is a $100 refundable damage charge.
