POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US $ and include all taxes. We prefer payment in US $ directly into our US bank account. A deposit of 20% is required when making a reservation over 8 weeks before arrival. The balance is required at 8 weeks before arrival. If the reservation is made at less than 8 weeks, we request payment in full. The Resort imposes a Departure Cleaning Fee of $73, incl tax.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the resort, an admin fee of $60 will be charged. Cancellations received less than 8 weeks, but more than 4 weeks prior to your arrival at the resort incur the loss of 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival at the resort or 'No Shows' will forfeit 100% of rental fee paid.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Last minute reductions may be available. Email for a quotation.
