POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. It does not include the 12% state taxes. The Resort make a $10/day + taxes charge for the facilities which is payable on arrival in reception. A 20% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. There is a $250 inventory deposit refundable on departure. We accept PayPal, all money transfer costs are at guests cost.
	Cancellation Policy: Provided the hirer gives written notice 12 weeks prior to arrival date the full balance will not be due. If cancellation is within 10 weeks of the arrival date the full balance will be due unless the owner is successful in re-letting. In all cases the deposit is forfeit.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. No smoking, No Pets.
	Check In Time: 4 pm Check Out Time: 11 am Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

The linen and towels are all provided, there is no need to take them to the pool area these are available at no cost from the Tiki Hut, just return them as you leave.
