Payment Policy:
Rental payments may be made by PayPal(preferred)using a credit card or bank account,personal check or money order. Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made.
A minimum of 5 nights stay non-event weeks. A minimum of 7 nights is required for Event Weeks.

FULL REFUND of DEPOSIT and PAYMENT is made with 21-day notice prior to reservation date
