(19 - 22 Oct) $120 per night Christmas period $800 per week and Thanksgiving week $700.

 
Rules: All rates subject to Florida Sale tax of 6.5% and Volusia Tourist, Development tax of 6%, Gas for pool charged at cost, Booking deposit $100 which becomes the security deposit returnable at time of departure.Full rental fee required at least 4 weeks before comencement of rental period.
