All rates in US Dollars.
$500 Security Deposit at time of booking.
Add to rates $55 Reservation Fee plus 10% Tax.
Daily Beach Service with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella is included.
The rates above are for our St. Lucia condo - our St. Maarten unit and our St. Croix units rates are higher.

Cancel before 60 days of check-in date: deposit refundable except $55,Cancel 30 - 60 days of check in date: 1/2 deposit and $55 is non-refundable,Cancel 30 days or less of check-in: Full deposit & $55 is non-refundable.
