	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Weekly Rentals Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per week (or $35 pet day for less than a week) for one pet, $75 per week for each additional pet. Cleaning fee of $170.00 applies to all reservations. For Monthly Rentals: Renter to pay electric utility Pet Fee: 150.00 per month for 1 pet, 75.00 per month for each additional pet. Cleaning Fee of 170.00
	Cancellation Policy: A Cancellation Fee of 20% of total rental will be assessed (not including the damage security deposit) if reservation is cancelled 60 days or more from arrival date. If less than 60 days the total advanced deposit will be forfeited.
