  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: US Dollars only. I accept checks, money orders, Visa,Master Card and AMEX. Deposit of $300 is due upon booking, balance due 21 days prior to arrival.
 
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is generally not refundable. I do work with all cases to try and rebook the unit. If successful, I refund all possible. Once the balance has been paid there is no guarantee of any refund.
 
Rules: No vacationing students under 25 allowed to rent without an adult 25 or older present. No Pets allowed in the resort. No smoking allowed.

  MAID SERVICE :
  The unit is cleaned upon departure. Cleaning fee is included in my rates. All towels and linens are provided.
