Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
Tax: 11% Florida Tax.
Pool Heat: $175 per week.
Golf Cart: $200 per week.
Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order.
