Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollarss;
Rates do not include 11% Florida and Walton County tax.
A refundable security/damage deposit of $200.00 is required within 30 days of reservation.
Nightly rates apply to stay of 3 to 6 nights.
Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $60.00
and credit card $20
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
