	Payment Policy: Rates Are In US Dollars. 11% tax and $140 Cleaning Fee Additional---$500 refundable security deposit. A $300 - $500 refundable security deposit is required for all condos. This deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed.
	Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled 60 days prior to arrival for daily or weekly reservations or the advance on the rental will be forfeited. Monthly reservations must be canceled 120 days prior to arrival or the advance is forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations or early departure does not warrant refund of rent or deposit. No refunds for early departures or late cancellations.
