Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars;

Please add 11% taxes, $50 final cleaning fee ($75 for monthly rentals, $100 for multiple months), and $150 refundable security deposit.
Ask about our last-minute specials if booking within 2 weeks of arrival.
Daily or monthly rates are available based on availability.
A minimum payment of 25% down is required in the form of a money order, cashier's or official bank check, or credit card at the time of booking.
The advance payment will be applied towards the total rent due. The balance due must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of all fees received less a $20 cancellation fee. Advance payment of 25% down will not be refunded if cancellation made between 31 days and 89 days prior to arrival; all other fees will be refunded. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the damage deposit and cleaning fee will be returned; however, no other fees will be retunred unless we are able to rent the same unit out for the same days as you had reserved, except in the case of hurricane warnings in the area . Refunds cannot be given for late arrival or early departure unless it involves a hurricane warning in the area.

Rules: All rentals must be made by someone at least 25 years of age, and that person must be responsible for the condition of the unit, and must reside in the unit for the booked period. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of all rentals fees paid.
