	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. All Rates Reflect 12 Persons or Less. $100 More Per Person After 12 up to 16. Half Rent Due to Secure Home. Half of rent is due at time of reservation to reserve the home. 37 days before check-in balance is due. Balance due will be other half of rent, 11% Florida tax and a $600. damage deposit(refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in the order it was found). Spring Break -- $3300 per week.
	Cancellation Policy: A fee equal to 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation, transfer or change of reservation. If reservation is not cancelled prior to 37 days before check-in date, all rental and tax money sent will be forfeited. WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION. Also, cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant refund of any rental and tax money sent. If a Mandatory Evacuation order is given, refunds will only be given by your Travel Protection policy/agent, but you must have purchased coverage before the storm was identified and/or named (check internet for travel protection agencies).
