	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars In addition to our rate, we require a $1,000 deposit which will be returned within 45 days after the conclusion of your stay. There is also a $300 cleaning fee and 11% state tax. We accept personal checks and bank checks.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival there is a no refund policy unless we can rebook the house.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
