	Payment Policy: Payment in us dollars only, cashier check, money order, or Credit cards. A $300.00 refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and the full rental fee is due 30 days prior To your stay. All rates are subject to 11% occupancy tax and $150.00 cleaning fee. The $300.00 refundable deposit will be returned with 10 days of you departure providing there is no damage to the house or property.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made 31 days prior to your stay. 30 days no refund 31-60 days a 10% fee will be decucted from your refund. 61-90 days a fee of $75 will be deducted from your refund. In the case of a hurricane and there is an evacuation, you Will be only be charged for the days of occupancy. Only in the case of a hurricane would you be refunded the full amount of your rental just prior to your stay.
	Rules: Absoultely no smoking in the house!!!! If smoking outside please do not drop cigarette butts on the ground!!! Absolutely no pets!!! No parking on the grass or street. No loud noise after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. Garbage pickup is tuesday and friday AM. Trash can be put Out after 6:00 PM the night before and the cans must be removed From the street by 12:00 PM. A charge of $50 is deducted if the Can is left full for arriving guest. No children under the age of 10 on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks or porches without adult supervision.
	Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 10:00 AM Time Zone: Central

MAID SERVICE :

The cleaning service arrives at 10am on the day of checkout. They will inspect the house and property for any damage. They will also check the house to see if it is left excessivley dirty (we send a check out guide as to how to leave the house in good order). At that time a determination Will be made on whether all, part or none of your deposit will be refunded.
