Weekly Rates when available. Call for details. Monthly Rates have in season and out of season rates. Security Deposit necessary to hold your rental paid by check or cashier\'s check. We do not accept credit cards. One half of your rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, balance on day of check in. NO CREDIT CARDS.

Cancellation Policy: For Christmas and Lobster Season - 90 days cancellation.
Remainder of the year - 60 days cancellation.

Rules: No smoking is allowed indoors. Smoking is allowed on screened balcony and outside. This is a quiet family neighborhood and we require our guests to act accordingly. There is plenty of room for storage of your boating and fishing equipment. Also bait freezers for your bait.
