	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. $100 Cleaning Fee 12.5% Lodging Tax Security Deposit: $100 for weekly rentals; $500 monthly rentals Security Deposits are required at the time of reservation Full payment is due 30 days prior to occupancy Acceptable Payments: Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards - MasterCard, Visa, PayPal
	Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to occupancy without any penalty unless the deposit was paid via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of occupancy will forfeit the deposit.
	Rules: No Smoking in the house. All cigarette butts are to be disposed of in proper conainers. Candles are for decoration only. Noise ordinace in effect after 10PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Garbage pickup dates are Tue and Fri. All refuse is to by curbside by 8 AM. No animals are permitted on premises without prior consent of owner.
