Cancellation Policy:
Tenant must advise landlord at above address of intent to cancel. If landlord receives the cancellation notice at least 90 days prior to the first day of rental period a fee of US$ 100 will be deducted from initial payment. If cancellation notice is given 60 days prior to the first day of rental period a fee of US$ 200 is charged. If cancellation is done any time within 60 days, no refunds to the tenant will be made.
If the property is unavailable for reasons beyond the landlord’s control, tenant will receive a full refund of any amount paid and will hold landlord harmless for any damage, costs or inconvenience.
