Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
On season: Nov-Apr.-$3000/month. February $3150.
May-$1750/month.
June, July & Aug.-$1500/month.
Sept & Oct.-$1750/month.
Yearly lease: $1500/month.
The Home Owner Association charges a non-refundable $100 "transfer fee" for full access to amenities/facilities, (other than golf), including: swimming pools, Jacuzzi, playing fields, fitness center, rollerblade rink, tennis, volleyball, playground etc.
$50 Application Fee.
$100 Amenity Fee.
$100 Cleaning Fee.
11% Florida county/state tax for less than 6 month rental.
50% due upon signing the lease and the remainder due 60 days prior to occupancy.
Utilities paid by owner each month up to $100. Rentals 6 months or longer do not include utilities.
