	Payment Policy: Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. Rates will be reduced 20% when reservation is confirmed. No additional discounts will be taken except for Cash Payment Incentive Program. A 50% rent deposit is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment. All rates subject to 9% sales tax. Each reservation subject to transaction, non-cash and cleaning fee. Special event and Holiday rates are the same as summer or peak season rates. 3 night minimum. All rates subject to change. * ASK ABOUT OUR CASH PAYMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM * Incentives will be applied to your reservation once confirmed by ERA. ***
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a processing fee of $25 charged. For cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. Travel insurance is advised.
	Rules: Rules: A damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. This is a NO SMOKING unit and PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

MAID SERVICE :

The units are cleaned and stocked prior to arrival and after departure of each tenant. These units do not provide daily maid service. Units are stocked with linens and starter supplies of soap and paper products. A cleaning fee is included in the price of the rental.
