An additional $400 per week applies to the following dates: MAY 24-27, JUL 1-4, AUG 31-SEP 4, OCT 4-7 (Pro-rated for Daily/Weekend rates)

An additional $750 per week applies to the following dates: DEC 22-JAN 2, MINIMUM BOOKING OF ONE WEEK.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal or rented items howsoever caused. No refunds are provided because of disruption due to weather*, power cuts, flight delays or any other circumstance beyond our control.

Rules: All prices quoted are for weekly rates and are plus 11%tax. Please call us for special deals on long and short term stays between June & September.

An initial deposit of 50% is required at time of booking and the balance paid in full on arrival. A security deposit of $500.00 U.S. will be charged to your credit card and returned within 24 hours of your departure by our credit card service provider. Under Florida State law All rental charges are subject to 11% tax which will be added to your final payment on arrival
