POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHECK-IN PREFERRED 2 WEEK MINIMUM Preferred DISCOUNT FOR MONTHLY RENTALS PAYPAL ACCEPTED for both US and International renters. A security deposit of $300 is required to hold weekly accommodations, $400 for monthly (per month). Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Florida Lodging Tax 11% Cleaning fee included in rental charge
	Cancellation Policy: Termination of this contract will allow the lessor to keep $100 booking fee. If booking is cancelled less than sixty (60) days of scheduled arrival date, deposit is forfeited.
	Rules: No rentals to single persons under 25 per condo rules. No trucks, RV's, motorcycles or trailers allowed parked on the lot per condo rules.
	Check In Time: 3:00 pm Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m. Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

No daily maid service. Condo will be cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure.
