Payment Policy:
We accept cash and personal checks 30 days prior to arrival. All funds must be in US currency. Credit cards accepted..Visa, Mastercard & Discover

Cancellation Policy:
A administrative charge of $50 will be applied against all confirmed reservations which are cancelled. If a written notice of cancellation is recieved 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date or accomodations are re-rented the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 60 days are subject to forfiture of deposit.

This is a non smoking unit. Smoking is allow in the balcony. Pets must be approved my owner.
