Cancellation Policy: An administrative charge of $50.00 will be applied against the security deposit on all confirmed reservations which are cancelled. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival date are subject to loss of deposit and any partial payments already paid, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same time period. Cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to arrival dates are subject to loss of full payment unless we are able to re-book for the same time period.

Rules: This is a non smoking unit. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Pets must be approved my owner.
