Rules:
Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING is permitted within condo unit or on lanai. Smoking in condo/lanai will result in forfeiture of deposit and an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED in condo unit or in pool area by order of the Bella Lago Condo Association & Lee County Health Dept. Violators will be fined.
Groups under Age 25: We will not rent to students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Groups registering under false pretenses will be asked to leave and forfeit all monies paid.
Parking: There is one assigned garage space: #4. Park only in assigned space. Additional parking spaces are located in front of building and at end of building next to pool. Parking is for automobiles only; motor homes, travel trailers, boat trailers, are not permitted and may be towed and/or ticketed at your expense.
Storage Unit: Assigned storage unit in garage is #332.
Rules and Regulations: All published rules of condo association must be obeyed.
Telephone Calls: Local calls are free. Please reverse charges or use a calling card for all long distance calls. Any charges incurred on the condo phone will be deducted from renter's deposit.
Miscellaneous Charges: A $75 fee will be assessed for keys and/or the garage door opener not returned upon check out. Lock-out charge: a $30 fee will be assessed for concierge to come to open the door. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for excess dirty laundry.
Damage: Please report any damage or breakage immediately.
Problems: If anything is missing, broken or not working in the unit, please contact the concierge. If she is not available, contact us so we may resolve problem as soon as possible.
Air conditioner: do not run air conditioner with patio doors or front door open. This will cause the condo unit to not cool properly and will cause the air conditioner to freeze up requiring a service call to be charged to renter.
