Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.

50% down at the time of booking with the $500 refundable deposit, and $300 cleaning fee. Remainder is due 120 before stay. Checks welcome.
 
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. If the cancellation is received after paying the deposit, it is subject to forfeiture unless full term of the reservation can be booked.
