	Payment Policy: January 1st thru Jan 31st, 2007: $1,286.00 weekly February 1st thru April 30, 2007: $1,397.00 weekly (Peak) Entire month of May, 2007: $1,175.00 weekly except Memday Memorial Day weekend: $1397.00 June, July, August 2007: $897,50 September, October 2006/2007: $953.00 November, December 2006: $1064.00 Please note all prices above include all taxes, which is state and tourist tax and weekly cleaning service. No agency commissions since this is thru private ownership.
	Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks required during peak season which is February thur April. Otherwise, 72 hours.
	Rules: To book a weekly rental, 50% of the total deposit is required upon booking and the remainder is due 14 days prior to arrival. In cases of last minute bookings, 100% deposit required. Booking are only available for a maximum of 2 adults that are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed per condominium rules, only owners can have pets. Fines will apply if we find smoking in the unit and pets (maid lives on the premises and there is security as well.)
