POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of $300 is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks are accepted forms of paymentAll rate are in US funds. SECURITY DEPOSIT of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. Cleaning fee:- $ 75 required.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 100. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $ 300 OR the entire deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
	Rules: No pets & No smoking. Minimum of 1 month rental. Must be 25 years old to rent. No groups under 25 are permitted unless there is an adult staying with them.
