POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: US$ - $750 nonrefundable deposit + 1st month's rent due at time of booking or 30 days prior to occupancy. Deposit returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, kitchen items, keys, etc. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged at end of rental.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $250. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit is nonrefundable.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Designated garage for unit, plus guest parking. Telephone can be used for local calls, tenant will need to use a long distance credit card for other calls.
