Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

Prices include: Sport facilities for free, 2 parking lots to use.

Not included: Wireless use: $ 10 weekly.

Extra payment for pets $ 5 per pet and day no pets without request.

Rent price plus 6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax.

Final cleaning $ 90.

Security deposit $ 200, refunded at departure.

Cancellation Policy: No refund of prepayment,you get a credit voucher considering reversal costs, you may redeem at a later available time. You may name a substitute renter for your reservation.

To 4 weeks before arrival $ 100.00.

To 3 weeks before arrival $ 150.00 per week.

To 2 weeks before arrival $ 200.00 per week.

Later on – no refund, no voucher.

Rules: Arrival: After 3 P.M.- you may move in your pyramid. If you are delayed at your arrival day let us know. If there is no recall, the reservation is good to the next day 3 P.M., afterwards you will not be entitled to rent.
