POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Golf packages can be purchased at the golf club. Rates are 2100.00 per month from Sept to October 31 1800.00 per month for Nov- Dec 31st. 2400.00 per moonth from Jan- March 31st. 2200.00 for the month of April and May. June 1- August 31st 1200.00 per month. Payment in full is due prior to occupancy. There is a 1000.00 dollar secutiy deposit required for a stay of 1 month or more. Weekly rentals have a 500.00 security deposit. Payment can be made in the form of check money order or pay pal. For long term rental, the 1st last and security deposit are required.
	Cancellation Policy: A full refund of deposit will be given -if the condo is re- rented during the same time period. Should an emergency arise, causing the condo to be uninhabitable, then the oweners will provide renters a full refund.
	Rules: Golf is available for purcahse with a stay of 2 months or more.
	Check In Time: 4pm Check Out Time: 12noon Time Zone: Eastern
