  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: Golf is included with a stay of one month or more. Rates are 2100.00 per month from Sept to October 31 2500.00 per month for Nov- Dec 31st. 3400.00 per moonth from Jan- March 31st. 2200.00 for the month of April and May - August 31st 1200.00 per month. Payment in full is due prior to occupancy. There is a 1000.00 dollar secutiy deposit required for a stay of 1 month or more. Weekly rentals have a 500.00 security deposit. Payment can be made in a check money order or pay pal. For long term rental 1 month rent plus security deposit is due.

 
Rules: Golf is available with a stay of 1 month or more. All other amenties are available with less than one month rental
