Book 30+ days in advance/50% Advance Payment required; BALANCE DUE 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment required in advance when booking less than 30 days prior.

If cancel up to 30 days before rental, full refund ; less than 30 days full refund only if unit is rented.

House Rules : No pets, no smoking. No RV\'s, motorcycles or work vehicles.
Maid Service Information : Cleaning Fee: $60, Security Deposit: $150/wk $ 300/mo.
