Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars. We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card as methods of payments. Florida Taxes are 11% and cleaning fee is $85.00 additional fees to rental rates. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. Reservation dates will be confirmed. We will guarantee rates quoted at time of booking.
A minimum non-refundable payment of 35% of rental rate is required at the time of booking a reservation.
Any damages or extraordinary cleaning requirements will be the responsibility of the guests. With proper notification to the guest, your account will be charged to remedy damage claims. NO CHECK INS WILL BE ALLOWED UNTIL THE DAMAGE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED AND DEPOSIT SECURED.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to (90) days before check in will receive a refund on the monies paid. All cancellations after the (90) prior to check in: Will forfeit the non-refundable advance payment. All changes made to a confirmed reservation will be contracted at the original rental rate. No refunds will be issued for shortened stays.

Rules: Payment in full 16 days prior to check in. Signed rental policy & damage/security deposit required prior to check-in. No rentals allowed to any one under the age of 25 years of age. See our rental policy for complete condo rules.
